For the last 9 years I have spend countless hours helping people overcome numerous injuries. Although, I am able to use my skills and knowledge to help my patients through their injuries, I am often left wondering is there more that I can do? And if I’m honest with myself, there is more to be done…PREVENTION! That really is the key to healthy living. We need to know what we can be doing now to prevent those injures from occurring or becoming nagging, chronic conditions that could lead to more debilitating problems.
What exercises should we be doing to prevent muscle injuries ? What foods should we be eating to prevent disease? What equipment should we be using to keep us safe? These are the questions I want to answer for you. I want to ensure that you have the KNOWLEDGE you need to make healthy choices for you and your loved ones in order to prevent injury or disease from occurring. The POWER is yours!
As your guide on this journey of healthy living, I am accessible via social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. If you have a question let me know!
